Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Saratoga Cool Beans. Given the nature of our products, we have set specific guidelines for our returns and refunds to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@saratogacoolbeans.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly, and if necessary, we may issue a full or partial refund. Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at cancel@saratogacoolbeans.com.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund. If the order is in process but not yet shipped, we will do our best to halt the shipment and will issue a refund.
